Ashley wasn't tired so she snuck out of the house and went up to Lover's Point because she just wanted to get out and sing somewhere where no one would most likely be around this hour. She skipped up to the top and sat under a tree relaxing. She then put one of her ipod buds in her ear and began to sing where the song had left off.

she said. She had wrote this song to a beat she had a found on the computer. It was okay but not the best she thought. She always was a critic when she wrote a new song and everything. She did love this song that she called Full Circle though. She heard noises and was unsure if it was the trees or footsteps but who would be here at like 3 in the morning it was something she didn't understand so she figured it just was the tree branches in the light breeze. She relaxed and finished her song and then heard the same noise again and got a little freaked. she moved slightly wondering who was here because this time she knew that there was someone else up here at the point.

The song switched to a different one and she turned it off and put it in the pocket of her sweatshirt. She was in her pj bottoms and a tee and had just put on her ugg boots and sweatshirt before she left out of her window. She was surprised that her brothers hadn't woke up but then again maybe they had she didn't know. She sighed lightly and took in the night air and looked up at the stars. They were beautiful and she loved the country because you could actually see the stars at night.

Josh woke up from his dream at 2:30. He was in a cold sweat, as usual when he dreams about what happens to his brother. He starred up the blackness of his ceiling and once he realized he couldn't go back to sleep, he decided to leave his house. There was no reason to stay, after all, he would just go back into an uneasy slumber. He slipped on a pair of a Bullhead faded jeans, a black shirt, his football letter man jacket, and a pair of white converse.

He hopped into his truck and began to drive. He plugged in his iPod to his a dater and started playing some Brad Paisley as he drove. He wasn't really sure where he would end up. After about ten minutes, he finally realized something. Lover's Point should probably be empty by now. He could just relax and collect his thought, maybe light something, who knows, but at least it would be silent.

He pulled up to the Eastern area of the point and got out of his truck. He grabbed a prerolled joint and stuck it in his pocket with his lighter depending on how he would feel later. As he strolled around the overlook he saw a deer by one of the trees. He thought he was dreaming, so he rubbed his eyes and it was still there. He decided to walk around it and keep moving.

Soon after he passed the deer, he thought he heard music. "I haven't even smoked yet and I'm already hallucinating? Jesus Christ..." he muttered. He continued to walk and as he got closer to the music he heard singing. He approached and sure enough saw Ashley Frost by a tree. "Well, what do we have here," he said as he approached her.

Ashley looked up when she head someone talk. "Goes Josh you scared me I thought you were either some stalker or one of my brothers." she told him. She then moved over so he could sit next to her. "So what brings you up to lover's point at this time?" she asked him and looked at him. It was nice to be the only two people up here but she knew if either Jackson or Jesse found them here alone she would be in trouble and so would Josh since he was there friend. She moved lightly and accidently his her elbow against the tree trunk but didn't care. She watched a deer go by and couldn't help but feel mesmerised. "If you want to know why i'm here its because i couldn't sleep and i felt like coming out to sing where i knew would have no one around at this time." she said smiling at him. "So hows school going for you? It seems like i haven't seen you in forever." she stated.

She then looked around glad to not have heard any more footstep kind of noises and heard the waves crash against the surf and smelled the fresh air. She rested her head back against the tree trunk and sighed lightly enjoying this. She was happy that Josh was here and not some creeper because who knew what could have happened if she wasn't with someone she knew at this time up here where it was basically deserted most of the time. She smiled again looking at Josh who she secretly called Joshie as a nickname and just wanted to talk to him tonight and be with him. She knew it was going to be hard for her to sneak back into her room later but she did't care about anything but this moment.

Josh chuckled. "Stalker maybe, one of your brothers, hell no," he joked as he took he seat next to her by the tree. He listened to why she was here, and then responded himself. 'Well, if you hadn't figured it out yet, I ain't here for the singing." He became slightly more uncomfortable as he went on to the subject of his brother. "Just had a bad dream, decided that instead of going to sleep might as well try and get some fresh air." Josh felt better that he told someone. It may not have been the full story, but telling the main idea of it to Ash felt like a weight was lifted off his chest. It was easier to talk to her.

When she asked about school. He smiled. "It's what it's supposed to be. A big ol pain in the ass." He then began to fiddle with the joint in his pocket. he knew it would relax him, but he also knew that Ashley had never smoked before and may not appreciate him smoking next to her. It would definitely take the freshness out of the air. He decided to ask if he could anyways. "Ash... I know your a goody two-shoes am everything, but would you mind if i lit up here? If you say no I understand," he said with his voice sounding as innocent as possible.

Ashley put on a shocked look when he said maybe he was a stalker. "No dur captain obvious i know you don't sing." she told him. She then listened to him reason and her face fell alittle and she looked at him alittle concerned. "Oh well i'm glad your here because now i'm not here alone so i won't be freaked out as much at little noises." she admitted to him. "School's not that bad Josh at least for me. I made the cheerleading squad and i've made some friends." she stated.

She watched him mess with something in his pocket and wasn't sure what it was. She then heard his question. "Okay first of all I am so not a goody two-shoes and everything and second you can I don't mind besides i don't own the place. " she told him. "But you would have to let me try it once and drive me home later so i wouldn't have to walk all the way back. What do you say? Thoughs are my only conditions." she told him and gave him a cute little pout and then smiled again because she started to giggle at herself for being silly. She waited to find out what he would do or say because he probably didn't expect her to say what she had but she liked to surprise people sometimes.

Josh laughed when she said she was afraid of the small noises. "Aww... wittle baby is awfraid? Nah, don't worry about it. I'll be your massive, strong, God-like protector," he said with a grin. When she talked about school, he rolled his neck. "You made cheer leading? Nice, always good to have an extra booty shaker at my games," he said jokingly.

When she said she would not only allow him to smoke, but also go along with it, he surprised. His jaw even dropped a little. He pulled it out of his pocket and then showed it to her. " Smoke here, burn here," he said showing her the parts of the joint. "Are you sure your ready for this? I mean, I don't just want you to just know me as the one who corrupted you," he said with a laugh.

While he waited for her answer, he took off his jacket, made it more of a backrest against the tree for both of them and put the joint in grabbing reach for Ashley. He looked towards her with a smile, almost saying with his expression for her to take it, like it was something forbidden that she needed permission to touch.

Ashley glared at him and shook her head and socked him lightly in the arm. "No i'm not afraid and i'm now a wittle baby." she said. "Yeah i'm a cheerleader now and just so you know if you make a joke like that again i won't cheer for you and i'll tell all my friends on the team that your a sexist pig though it isn't really true but still." she stated smirking lightly at him. She wouldn't really do that but she wanted to make him think that she would. She then listened to him explain what to do and rolled her eyes lightly.

She then listened to him ask if she was ready for that. "Yeah and don't worry I won't just think of you as someone who corrupted me because really this was my choice." she stated. She moved as he put his jacket behind them. "Thanks." she said with a light smile. She then put her fingers on the joint and lit it taking a small puff of it. It wasn't so bad but probably something she wouldn't do again after this. "Its not so bad Josh. But it's a one time thing just so you know." she stated taking another puff. She couldn't believe that she was doing this and yet she didn't care. She smiled lightly at him. "You better not tell my brothers on me because if you do well then i probably won't talk to you anymore and I really like it alot." she stated and handed him his joint with a small smile on her face and then grabbed his jacket wrapping it around her so she could stay warm. She knew he probably wouldn't mind.

Josh made a mock gasp. "You wouldn't dare tell them that, would you? Hell, gimme my J back!" he said as he took it away from her after she took her hits. and offered it to her. He then took the joint for himself, lit up, and took a hit burning a good quarter of the joint. He blew some "o"'s with it and continued to lay back by the true before taking another hit, this time, smaller.

"You know what I like about you Ash?" Josh said, with his eyes already starting to get a slight glaze and red, turning to her. "You always worry. What I love about weed is that, you don't. Just relax, enjoy, and have a good time. If you worry, you'll just ruin the whole point of the weed." He then handed it back to her, and stood up for a second. 'I'll be right back," he said, with a little grunt as he sat up and headed back to his truck.

As he headed to his truck, he had a smile on his face. Who would have thought this night would end this way? However, he planned on getting stoned, not just a little buzzed. He unlocked the back seat, and crawled inside. He grabbed a blue blanket, his bong which had a bottle of unopened water in it, a container of some more kush, as well as juicy fruit. He closed his door, locked it, and headed back.

He put the blanket over Ashley, and but the bong between his legs, put the water out, and started to clean it a little. "So, your working on a song or something?" he said, not looking from his work at hand. Once he determined it was good and cleaned, he began to pack himself a nice bowl.

Ashley looked at him when he fake gasped and gigled. She listened to him talk. "I don't worry too much Josh. Just worry enough about certain things." she told him. She heard him say she would be right back and she nodded and watched him go. When he came back with a blanket and put it over her smiled. "Thanks. That was sweet of you. You didn't really have to do that though." she said huddling in it. She relaxed some more so he wouldn't think she was such a worry kinf of person.

"Well i was singing one that i hadn't been able to get the lyrics quite right until now. I wrote it from this beat i found when i was bored one day and it came out pretty well if i do say so myself." she stated. "Its called full circle and it just came to me. It was the song you heard when you came over here." she added. Before she knew what she was doing she leaned back and rested her head on his shoulder. She never really did that with Josh or anyone before for that matter yet it was fun and she liked it. "So let me guess were going to be here for another hour or so because your going to get even more stoned?" she asked him curious to find out if that was his plan or not because she would stay since he was going to give her a ride home when they were both ready to go. Wow Lover's Point it was so weird since they weren't lover's or anything like that but she couldn't rename the place because it was normally were people who were together came.

Josh got interested. As he filled his bong with water, he asked her a question. "What certain things would you worry your pretty self with?" he said, as he looked up. He finished his pour, put the cap on the water and put it next to him. He then took grabbed the joint, and gave it a couple deep puffs till it was down to one last hit. He then passed it to Ash. "You have the honor of finishing it off," he said. "And the blanket stays in my truck for a reasons just like this. You never know what the hell can happen in this town where you can use something soft and warm," he said laughing,

As Josh lit up his bong for the first hit, and let it clear, he blew the smoke in the air in front of him as he listened to Ashley's song story. He was interested, but he continued to work with his bong, snapping the smoke left in the chamber, and going into a good coughing fit right as she finished her sentence. After he grabbed his water, had a deep swig, he turned to her who put her head on his shoulder. "That is cool. My music talent is limited to listening," he joked. "It's pretty chill that you got the talent that your brother's don't seem to have," he said, laughing a little.

He then took the bong and set it on the ground for a second. "Well, for an hour, no. Less, definitely, unless you want to stay longer," he said slowly, almost methodical. He was definitely feeling higher and higher as time went on. "Now, you want to try a bong, or are you done for the night?" he asked, looking in between his legs and his roor which still had a tiny bit of smoke moving near the water.

Ashely finished the join off and made sure to put it out if it wasn't already out. "really so you smoke with a lot of your friends little sisters interesting." she teased. She then smiled when he told her that is was a talent that her brothers didn't have. "Yeah well why do you think i'm so proud of it." she added smirking again. "Oh um if you want i could always move my head off you. It wouldn' t be a big deal." she told him. "And yeah i actually would like to stay alittle longer maybe not for an hour but longer then less." she said smiling.

She looked at him in the eyes. "Um I think I'm good for tonight maybe some time if I'm up for it that is." she added. She then moved closer to him and put her head back on Josh's shoulder. It was comfortable and she was really warm with a blanket, her sweatshirt and his jacket around her. She could smell the smoke faintly but ignored it for the most part. She never had had astema so it never bothered her if there was a barbeque or smoke around her. She then kissed him lightly on the cheek. She was alittle buzzed and she knew she wouldn't have done that if she wasn't and he probably knew that too. She just relaxed again and left her head on his shoulder and his blanket and jacket around her so she stayed warm because it was suppost to be colder soon and she had been cold when she first got there too.

Josh slowly worked his way through his bowl. As he worked on it, he casually interjected into the conversation. When she teased if he smoked with his friends' little sisters he was taking and toke, laughed, and began to go into a violent coughing fit that started and ended with laughter. When he stopped, he had his eyes tearing as if he was hysterically crying. He then ran his hand through his hair and leaned back. "No, not that often. Only one's who I think deserve," he joked back.

She nodded as she continued on with her comment about music, occasionally adding a "cool" as he looked up at the sky. When she said she wanted to stay longer than an hour, Josh raised an eyebrow. "Oh really, and why would that be? Enjoying the company?" He smiled up, not looking anywhere. He looked back down, saw he had a little bit of a bowl left, but didn't smoke. He lied back, and before he realized what was happening, Ashley kissed him on the cheek. He rested his head on hers and whispered softly near her ear, "I bet your gunna regret that," he then gave her on the head, and said, "but not as much I will that." He smiled and continued to look up at the sky. It was weird how things were so weird yet felt so natural.

Ashley gave him a curious look. "Well I'm glad I should be so lucky." she commented. She felt bad about making him laugh alot that he ended up coughing but what could you do that kind of stuff happened and she was having fun and not caring about what would happen if she wasn't home soon or if people found out she was here with Josh. She was carefree and she actually liked it alot more so then she would ever want to admit. She listened to his question. "Yeah actually I am and Its a nice night and I just want to stay and enjoy it. To enjoy the night sky and the stars." she admitted to Josh.

She giggled lightly when he whispered in her ear. It kind of tickled and she blushed. She then felt him kiss her on the head and blushed alittle more. "Actually I don't think I will." she stated smiling at him. "And I'm pretty sure you won't either." she stated looking at him in the eyes. Yeah it was weird that they were alone at lover's point but it felt like they were ment to be there together if that made any sense at all which it kind of did to her. She then leaned in and kissed him lightly on the lips. "That however I just might." she said and bit her lip gently.

Josh decided he was done for the night for weed, so he pushed his bong to the side. He stared up at the heavens. He wondered by he was at Lover's Point with Ashley Frost, even though he really didn't mind it at all. He liked her, and from the way she was acting, buzzed or not, it seemed like the feeling was mutual. He let out a sigh of relief. He looked over to Ashley, and smiled. This night was definitely going to be interesting, he could feel it. It was almost like a 6th sense to him.

When she responded with that neither she or him would regret it, Josh smiled and laughed a little. She was looking into his eyes, and him into hers. He had known her for so long, and yet he had never noticed her eyes. Well, obviously, he saw them, but he never really saw how beautiful they were. Just as he was getting lost, Ashley leaned over and kissed him. She said she may regret that, and started to bite her lip. Josh couldn't help it but he let out a small laugh. He looked back over to her, and returned the peck. "There, now we're both evenly regret filled," he teased, knowing that he had really no true regret at all.

As he did this, though, he began to feel cold. The 3 AM night air was getting to him, and he was started to really feel the brisk breeze pierce his thin t-shirt. He took advantage of the situation between him and Ashley at the moment and decided to use their connection, if only for that moment, and test her easiness. "I'm feeling cold," he began, looking at her, "and I could really use some extra warmth... preferably body warmth," he ended, as he continued to gaze mystified into her seemingly endless eyes.

Ashley looked at him move the bong to the side which ment he was done. She was kind of glad but she wouldn't have minded much if he had contiuned. She knew that he probably had a crush on her but he never erally showed it. When he kissed her back she blushed lightly. "Yeah I guess we are now." she stated. He was cute she had always thought that but never would have though that she would be kissing him at 3 am sometime because she never really had a crush on him and if she had she never wanted to risk losing him as a friend but tonight seemed to be going pretty darn well even with them kisssing and it was pretty sweet. She didn't know what would happen after tonight though because he was friends with Jesse and Jackson and she was there little sister who they were pretty protective over.

She listened to him say he was cold and her first instint was to share his blanket with him till he added body warmth. She didn't really know what he ment by that so she took a guess. She figured this was a test so she got into his lap and also gave him some of his blanket. She smiled lightly at him and rested her head on his chest. "Is that better?" she asked him just sitting there and looked to the ground and then up at him. They were friends and she never wanted to ruin that but she was having alot of fun with him tonight that she didn't want to forget about. "you know this is pretty nice and comforting. To tell you the truth I always found you alittle atractive though i never had a crush on you because your Jesse and Jackson's friend and so that would make you off limits to crush on so i haven't." she admitted .
