	Garland Equine Facility The Garland Farm is one of the highest tech horse ranches around. It was designed by Clinton Anderson and it equipped with only the best. The house itself is a five room home, with four bath, three floors. Two Living rooms, two kitches, and a swimming pool and hot tub. The barn has a 200 by 200 indoor arena with mirrors, just so you can see how you are riding. The out door and 300 by 450 feet. The roping ring is the same size but with different terrain. 	Frost Acres Frost Acres is home to the Frost Family. The Acreage of the Ranch is around 500, with livestock and cattle roaming freely behind several fenced off areas, several lakes and ponds line the acreage also. The basement consists of a - Pool Room- Bathroom- Large Lounge Area- Laundry Area 1st Floor consists of- 2 Bedrooms- 2 Bathrooms- 1 Living Room- 1 Kitchen- 1 Dining Room- 1 Computer Room The 2nd Floor consists of- 2 Bedrooms- 2 Bathrooms- 1 Small Lounging Area The Garage consists of - Holds 5 Cars, Ford F250 with a 7 inch lift, twin diesel exhaust pipes, coming out of the bed, extended cab. Mudtires. 4x4. Harley Davidson, Indian, Black. 2 Honda Rancher Fourwheelers, 4x4. 1 John Deere Gator.
